Quality Innovation Declaration Ceremony for 2021


Executives and employees gather at the quality innovation declaration ceremony
 
DL E&C held the 2021 Quality Innovation Declaration Ceremony via videoconference at the D Tower conference room in Donuimoon on December 21, with field and head office executives and employees attending. The ceremony was held to inspire motivation to change everything including employees’ mindset on quality and working mode, at the same time setting the goal of removing all defects and improving quality to satisfy customers. After visiting the 7 local offices of the Customer Satisfaction Team and listening to customers as part of the customer-oriented quality activities before the declaration ceremony, Housing Biz Division Director Lee Gyu-sung stressed the customer-oriented mindset: “If customers are inconvenienced, it is a defect.”
Following the declaration ceremony, 9 items of the quality activity plan for zero defects will be implemented in full scale. The Housing Biz Division held a contest for quality chant/slogan to form sympathy for quality development after discussing quality from December 1 to 11. A total of 1,687 applications were received; ePyunhan-Sesang Duryu Station site’s “Quality is from Me! Quality, All Together!” was named the top chant, with Jung Jae-hyun, assistant section chief at Geumbit Grand Maison, bagging the top prize in slogan for “Prime Quality is the Top Competitiveness!”
