Daelim Construction’s Biz Division won the Busan Jaesong 2 District Reconstruction Project. For this project, the Urban Reorganization Business Team and Management Team collaborated as one team to obtain the construction right by persuading the reconstruction residents association. The two teams analyzed the existing construction sites’ examples and set optimum conditions to persuade the association. The construction site is at 1030, Jaesong-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan and is located close to Haeundae Centum City. It has outstanding living infrastructure including BEXCO, Busan Cinema Center, and Shinsegae Department Store as well as an excellent school district with elementary, middle, and high schools nearby. The site is highly preferred by consumers. The project involves constructing 938 apartment units in 8 buildings with 6 floors underground and 34 floors aboveground and auxiliary welfare facilities. The construction amount is KRW 180.6 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim will construct alone. The project is scheduled to kick off in May 2023.
