DL E&C’s Housing Biz Division won the Busan Guseo District 3 Reconstruction and Maintenance Project on September 4. The contract amount is KRW 95.9 billion (VAT exclusive), and the project involves building 361 units of 3 apartment buildings with 3 floors underground and 31 floors aboveground at 252-7, Guseo-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan. It is slated to start in July 2023 and is expected to be completed in November 2025.
