DL E&C Wins the Yonghyeon 3 Roadside Housing Maintenance Project

DL E&C’s Housing Biz Division won the Yonghyeon 3 Roadside Housing Maintenance Project on April 18. The contract amount is KRW 85.6 billion (VAT exclusive), and it is DL E&C’s first roadside housing maintenance project. The project is being carried out to improve the residential environment on a small scale while retaining the previous roads in the road district* where worn-out and defective buildings are clustered. The project involves constructing 348 APT and studio APT units and auxiliary welfare facilities with 3 buildings each having 5 floors underground and 38 floors aboveground at 146~275, Yonghyeon-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon City. Construction is expected to take 39 months, commencing in December 2022 and finishing in February 2026.
