Daelim Wins the Bucheon Sosa District 3 Redevelopment Project

Daelim Construction’s Biz Division won the Bucheon Sosa District 3 Redevelopment Project on August 6. The project involves building 1,649 units (3 floors underground, 38 floors aboveground) and auxiliary facilities at 48-21, Sosa-dong, Bucheon City. The contract amount is KRW 325.8 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim’s stake is KRW 162.9 billion (VAT excluded). Daelim and Lotte E&C will construct at a ratio of 50:50. The redevelopment project is a construction site whose authorization was notified 12 years after the construction company was selected in December 2008. The site is near Subway Line 1 and Seohae Line Transfer Station, so transportation infrastructure is good. The project is scheduled to start In Aug. 2023 and to be completed in Oct. 2026.
