Daelim Named Preferred Bidder in Gimpo Sau Public Stadium Site Urban Development Project

Daelim’s Housing Business Division was selected as a preferred bidder for the Sau Public Stadium Site Urban Development Project ordered by Gimpo Urban Corporation on June 26. The project involves the urban development construction of 1,360 apartment units (60~85㎡ per unit) in 8 buildings with 3 floors underground and 40 floors aboveground, a public building (2 floors underground, 9 floors aboveground) with 21,753㎡ total floor area in a total site area of 66,716㎡, and a park with 21,901㎡ area. Construction is slated to kick off (APTs sold) in December 2022. The site has the advantage of being close to Gimpo Sau Station of the Gimpo gold line railway and to Gimpo City Hall. Through this project, Daelim plans to invigorate the original city center, recreating the Sau Public Stadium site as a citizen-focused symbolic space with combined public administration, cultural, and residential spaces.
