Daelim’s Construction Business Division bagged the Busan Songdo Housing Association Project on July 7. The project involves building a 1,303 apartment unit complex featuring 10 buildings with 5 floors underground and 34 floors aboveground at 419, Amnam-dong, Seo-gu, Busan. The contract amount is KRW 246.6 billion (VAT-exclusive), and Daelim will perform the project alone. Construction is expected to take 41 months and is slated to kick off in September 2020.
