The Deoksugung “The Palace” construction site obtained use approval from the Jongno Gu Office on July 13. The project involves building 58 apartment units and 170 studio apartment units with 7 floors underground and 18 floors aboveground, business facilities, neighborhood living facilities, and exercise facilities at 10, 2-gil, Saemunan-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul. Deoksugung “The Palace” is a site that remained an uncompleted site for a long time, plagued by construction company change and construction suspension due to the foreign exchange crisis since the commencement of construction in 1995. After obtaining business execution change authorization in 2017, Daelim was chosen as a construction company. The construction site has been completed in 21 months without any hassles since construction actually kicked off on October 15, 2018.
